Buenas tardes,

Como tenía pensado, hoy he ido a correr la ruta de la Cursa dels Diables de Martorell. Creo que han conseguido una buena ruta en cuánto a dureza de las subidas, bajadas técnicas y distancia. Han acertado en hacer un pequeño tramo de 2 km antes de la primera subida para que no haya cortes a quien la quiera hacer con un ritmo muy fuerte. La primera subida es quebranta gemelos, es la misma que hice ayer y es muy dura y en esta carrera no es la peor. Después de la primera subida dura, tienes unos tramos en llano en los que coger buen ritmo y posteriormente llegan los tramos más duros con 3 subidas muy fuertes que hacen que llegues con los gemelos ardiendo a la cima. Y como todo lo que sube baja, hay algunas bajadas muy guapas y muy técnicas que prometen ser emocionantes junto a los otros corredores. Y esto es todo, me ha gustado mucho el recorrido y tengo muchas ganas de competir en él.

As I had thought, today I’ve gone to run the route of the Cursa dels Diables de Martorell. I think they've gotten a good route that have a hardness climbs, technical descents and good distance. They have successful in making a small stretch of 2 km before the first climb for no breaking the pace of the very preparated runners. The first climb is very hard for the calfs, is the same as I did yesterday and it is very hard and in this race is not the worst. After the first hard climb, you have a few sections on the flat in which get good pace and then come the more difficult parts with three very steep hills that make burning the calfs. There are some very interesting and technical descents that promise to be very exciting with the other runners. And that's it, I've liked the route and I have really wanted to compete in it.
